1. Take the ring of the Loop between your thumb and index finger, and gently place it in your ear.  

2. Once you feel the ear canal sealed, give it a clockwise twist for a secure fit.

3. Adjust until the ring feels comfortable and your Loops remain discreetly hidden from the front.
